The Strong is excited to host our first-ever, online holiday auction! Bid on gift cards from Wegmans and other local businesses, video game, toy, and book packages for the entire family, unique experiences that only The Strong can offer, and more! The Strong’s holiday auction will open Friday, December 4 and run through Friday, December 11. Registration is free.
The holiday auction supports The Strong’s educational mission and community outreach programs, helping sustain museum operations as we continue to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic and its ongoing financial impacts. Winners will be notified via text message immediately following the auction. All packages are for pick-up only. Items can be picked up from The Strong the week of December 14. Pick-up dates and times will be emailed to all winners.
Register to Bid
- Go to the 2020 Holiday Auction page at https://strongmuye2020.ggo.bid
- Click the "Get Started" button.
- Click the green "Create Account" button. Confirm your email address by entering it into both fields, check the box for "I'm not a robot", and click the green "Confirm" button.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you. Check your inbox for an email from "Greater Giving Login" and click the link to finish registration.
- If you don't receive an email check your spam or click the "Resend Email" button on the "Verify Email" page.
- Enter all your contact information, along with your credit card. IMPORTANT: Enter your cell phone number to receive text message alerts when the auction opens and updates about your favorite auction items.
- Click the large green gavel button that reads "Start Bidding."
