The Strong’s community outreach programs provide museum access to at-risk children and families and those with special needs who would not otherwise be able to visit.

Your contribution will:

• help make it possible for some of our community’s neediest children and families to enjoy safe, rewarding, and memorable experiences together at The Strong
• support the work of partnering agencies that provide essential support services for families and children in need

The Strong’s play-based education programs give students in Pre-K through grade 12 the chance to have fun while learning amid dynamic, hands-on exhibits and world-renowned collections.

Your contribution will:

• help make museum visits possible for school groups from underserved districts, including the Rochester City School District
• provide transportation assistance to enable school groups to visit the museum for facilitated school lessons
• support the dynamic, themed, educational activities offered through The Strong’s public programs for museum guests
• support museum-based professional development opportunities for pre- and in-service educators
